When you register we collect your name, email address and a securely hashed password. We also generate a random Survey ID for your account, and we store your earnings history, withdrawal requests (including the wallet address you provide) and basic technical data such as your IP address.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to operate your account, attribute survey completions to you, credit your balance, process withdrawals, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate with you about your account (e.g. verification codes and payout notifications).

3. Third-party survey providers

To attribute completions, we share your Survey ID, IP address and transaction identifiers with our Spectrum survey provider when you start a survey. Their own privacy policies govern data they collect on their platforms.

4. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and never in plain text. Access to account data is restricted. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.

6. Data retention

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account exists and as required for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through the website. Deleting your account removes your profile; transaction records may be retained where legally required.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
